And, Sandra introduced us to our special guest, direct, via Zoom, from Mexico, Tequila connoisseur, Grisel Vargas. Grisel explained the history of Tequila and walked us through sampling a flight of three different grades of Tequila (generously provided by the Mexican Consulate.
