Third generation Oneonta Club member. Member since 2023, I think! I'm the AP Environmental Science at Alhambra High School. I have taught Earth and Environmental Sciences since 2005. South Pasadena has been my home since I was born in Pasadena at Huntington Memorial.

My parents met at the ninth-grade Ice Breaker dance at SPHS in 1959. Go Tigers! I am married to my awesome wife Maureen, and have a senior in high school, Piper. As well as Samuel, my nineteen-year-old college student.

I run a successful firefighting company, Brushfire Battle Systems. We specialize in helping homeowner defend their home with pool fire pumps and advanced exterior sprinkler systems. Lastly, I'm a huge fan of Iron Maiden and Metallica.

Mike Delucia

Mike DeLucia helps business leaders answer the question most of them are asking right now: AI is changing my industry, so what do I actually do about it?

Mike is the founder of Bantam Digital, a Pasadena-based consultancy that acts as a fractional technology and AI leader for mid-sized companies. His approach is simple. Technology either creates drag on a business or creates lift, and his job is to remove the first and build the second. That means fixing a process before automating it, and measuring success in time saved, costs cut, and friction removed, not in tools installed.

Before founding Bantam, Mike spent 20 years at Western Asset Management, a $240 billion global investment manager, where he led a technology team of more than 40 people across seven locations. His teams delivered the systems that sales and client service relied on every day. Their work made client information more reliable, made daily work faster for the people using it, and modernized the firm's technology so it could change as the business did.
