Devin is a Certified Financial Planner and wealth advisor with JP Morgan’s Private Bank. He has been a South Pasadena resident since 2009 and a member of Oneonta since 2011. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Cal State Northridge and his MBA in finance from Northeastern University. He and his wife, Jennine, have three kids: Isabella (12), Cody (15), and Dev Jr. (19). Their two golden retrievers, Buddy and Bailey, complete the Robinson household.

Todd Hileman
Todd is the newly appointed City Manager for South Pasadena. Prior to this role, Todd has extensive experience serving in the city manager role with his first position being with the city of Avondale AZ, in 2000, and his most recent one being the city manager for Palm Desert for the last 4 years. Todd is a graduate of Del Norte High School in San Diego. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State, and his Masters in Public Administrator from Northern Illinois University.

Flynn Band
Harrison Flynn is a seasoned guitarist whose career has been shaped by a deep appreciation for blues, rock, and global influences. As a founding member of Brave Ulysses, he channeled the raw energy of '60s blues rock and '90s grunge, earning gigs at iconic venues like Whisky A Go Go. His versatility expanded through jazz, Brazilian, and Indian classical music studies, which enhanced his session work and live performances. Playing Duane Allman’s role in the tribute band Idlewild West sharpened his slide guitar technique, while leading Aquarian Exposition showcased his ability to curate dynamic, genre-spanning performances. After completing the guitar performance program at the Los Angeles College of Music, he joined Michelle Leclercq’s band and continued performing across L.A. Now based in Hollywood, Harrison remains dedicated to making his mark as both a live and studio guitarist.
