Devin is a Private Wealth Banker and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Pasadena. He earned his B.S. from California State University, Northridge and his MBA from Northeastern University. A South Pasadena resident since 2009 and an Oneonta member since 2011, Devin is deeply rooted in the local community. He and his wife, Jennine, have three children—Isabella, Cody, and Devin Jr.—along with their two golden retrievers, Buddy and Bailey. In his spare time, Devin enjoys watching, coaching, and playing sports, as well as relaxing watching movies and streaming series.

2026 Rose Court

The 2026 Rose Court features seven exceptional young women who will represent the Pasadena Tournament of Roses at the 137th Rose Parade and the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 112th Rose Bowl Game. Led by the 107th Rose Queen, Serena Hui Guo of Arcadia High School, the court also includes Riya Gupta (Caltech), Keiko Rakin (Alhambra HS), Olivia Hargrove (Pasadena City College), Sophia Bai Ren (Arcadia HS), Naira Elaine Wadley (John Muir HS), and Livia Amy de Paula (Temple City HS). Selected for their academic excellence, community involvement, leadership, and communication skills, each member earned a $7,500 scholarship. With this year’s Rose Parade theme, “The Magic in Teamwork,” and Earvin “Magic” Johnson as Grand Marshal, the anticipation to meet this inspiring Court has never been higher.

John Proulx

John Proulx is a Los Angeles–based jazz pianist, vocalist, composer, and educator whose warm vocal style has drawn comparisons to a young Chet Baker. He has released four albums, collaborated with artists such as Melissa Manchester and Al Jarreau, and composed songs recorded by major jazz vocalists including Nancy Wilson and Mary Stallings. Raised in a musical family in Michigan, he studied jazz piano and vocal performance in Chicago and Michigan before moving to Los Angeles to pursue his career. In addition to performing and recording, Proulx has taught at several California universities and now creates online jazz piano courses for pianowithjonny.com.

Mark San Filippo

Mark San Filippo is a Los Angeles–based drummer, bandleader, and recording artist whose work blends jazz, swing, groove, Latin, and contemporary styles. A UCLA-trained ethnomusicologist and longtime student of jazz greats like Billy Higgins and Kenny Burrell, he has built a versatile career both as a bandleader and an in-demand sideman. As the driving force behind Angel Town Combo, he performs at top Southern California venues and shapes the group’s eclectic repertoire. Known for his dynamic, tradition-rooted yet modern approach to drumming, San Filippo emphasizes musical communication, versatility, and collaborative leadership.
